If the Scales are Right Then Pakistan Itself Will be Right: Maryam Nawaz

Islamabad: Maryam Nawaz, vice president of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, has criticised the judiciary and claimed that by considering the party leader, the judiciary alters its interpretation of the Constitution.

The court judgements are never sterile, their repercussions persist for decades, and the institution is never insulted from the outside but from within, Maryam Nawaz reportedly stated during a news conference of the leaders of the governing alliance in Islamabad. The judiciary, not humans, who are insulted, renders contentious judgments.
According to Maryam Nawaz, I could sum up the history of the court in this manner: If you make the correct choice, no matter how harshly you are criticised, one bad choice destroys all the others.

He claimed that PTI filed the applications with the Supreme Court registry after Hamza Shahbaz Sharif won the election. The registrar ordered, "Sit here and start putting together the petition right away."
According to Maryam, when a petition is filed, the bench that will hear it is already known, and since the bench is known in advance, the decision that will be made is also known. In the election of Sadiq Sanjrani, 6 votes were rejected. When the court returns, it rules that the speaker's decision cannot be contested.

He said that the Supreme Court had called the Speaker to the witness stand for an explanation after the Deputy Speaker declared that the votes would not be counted against Chaudhry Shujaat's wishes. Why wasn't the constitution violated at the time of Qasim Suri, even though this was the speaker's decision? Qasim Suri and the President of Pakistan were involved, but no court called them to appear.
