You can create a professional personal account at https://account.google.com/signing and you can start using your new email address for free. That’s it, just enter your details and you’ll sign up in minutes. let's see how it goes

To begin with, if you want to use an existing Google account, click the ‘Register’ button on your dashboard and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can register your Google account.

After registering a new account, create two or more unique usernames: @john.smith1@gmail.com and @john.smith2@gmail.com if you want to start using your name.

Next, click the blue Sign In button at the bottom of your browser window. After entering all our information (name, password), hit Sign in.

When we have signed in, click the green Register or create Username/Password.

Let’s say we have registered a username/password (john.smith1@gmail.com) by the name

john.smith1@gmail.com.

Now, click Verify link and give it a try. If everything works as expected, you’ll see your profile picture, list of contacts and other settings on the screen. Your google account is ready.

You should also be able to access their inboxes. They will be connected to your account so you’ll need to go to this webpage: www.google.com/account/settings and change these settings.

Now when we log in to http://127.0.0.1:8000/account/settings.xml you’ll see the following

Your first name will be shown at the top of the screen. The last name can always be changed. But this time, you need to change it to be alphanumeric.

Hit Save and you’re done! Now, you can send emails to them. When writing an email, write it like this, and try it out. Their inbox will show their replies as well in chronological order because they use that service. As soon as you have signed up with them, they’ll receive those messages from you. Let them know you’re not going to get any spam. On the web, they might ask you to enter some special codes to verify it, but since you already created the account and your data has been collected, then you don’t need to enter anything. Click Confirm and you’ve successfully created this account.

You can also add to it a file or message. For example, here we have added a doc file, “Dear world. Here is my report on X”. This document should be sent by mail, for us to keep track of what happened to them so we can help them. To do that, click Confirm and choose File. Then, they’ll accept and you’ll see your Document. Finally, when your messages arrive, they’ll greet you and tell you who has received that. Go to the contact sheet and click View details. Once again, enter your account information (name, password, and all their emails), and hit Read all.

To confirm if everything went smoothly, click Confirm, and you’ll see their confirmation.

Go to https://account.google.com/signing and start signing up. Don’t forget your password. You’ll receive an OTP Time Password), which you’ll need as soon as possible. In case you forget yours, please call the support team and provide a screenshot of your phone. And if the issue persists, there’s no shame in switching accounts and re-doing everything. Just because you had to create 2 new ones before didn’t mean that they were the wrong choice for you. Just follow the instructions and you’ll create an entirely new account with their account number.
