Makkah to Mina, where the largest tent city in the world has been erected to house the pilgrims.

Makkah to Mina, where the largest tent city in the world has been erected to house the pilgrims.

On the night of the 7th and 8th of Dhul-Hijjah, hundreds of thousands of pilgrims from all over the world will journey to Saudi Arabia from Makkah to Mina, where the largest tent city in the world has been erected to house the pilgrims.

On the eighth of Dhul-Hijjah, pilgrims performing the Hajj will remain in their tents in Mina. On Thursday, the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah, Hajj pilgrims will arrive in Arafat Square. They will pray Zuhr and Asr in their tents and remain there until dusk.

On this day, the pilgrims will worship and pray especially to their Lord. The pilgrims will depart for Muzdalifah at dusk without completing Maghrib prayers; once they get at Muzdalifah, they will complete both Maghrib and Isha prayers.

During Muzdalifah, pilgrims spend the night outside while gathering 70 pebbles for stone throwing.

The pilgrims pray till the sun rises the following day after doing the Fajr prayers; this is known as Waqf Muzdalifah. Only seven stones struck the large monster in the Jamrat compound.

The ritual of sacrifice begins after Rami Jamrat, and when it is finished, the pilgrims remove their ihram by shaving their heads.

The Tawaf-e-Ziyarat is the final act of the Hajj. The majority of pilgrims travel on foot from Mina to the Haram due to the congested roadways. Seven pebbles are tossed on the three stones after the next two days, or the 11th and 12th of Dhul-Hijjah, have fallen.
